Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Kavak at the Mushrif Mall kiosk in Abu Dhabi
• Guide customers through the process of buying or selling pre-owned vehicles
• Support the purchase team to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience
• Build trust and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service
• Deliver a high-quality, solution-oriented automotive retail experience

Requirements

• UAE National with Family Book
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic
• 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, call centers, or appointment coordination
• Proficiency with CRM, scheduling tools, and digital communication platforms
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle challenges and stay motivated
