Commercial Activity Leader

Responsibilities

• Ensure vitality in stores across all media by working closely with the commercial team
• Optimize campaigns, activities, and the commercial calendar to increase visitation
• Use market and competitor knowledge to secure an appropriate range mix and maximize competitive advantage
• Present the IKEA range to reflect width and depth to satisfy visitor tastes
• Provide constructive feedback to store commercial activity leaders to improve the shopping experience
• Lead and evaluate the country planning process to maximize commercial opportunities and grow sales
• Contribute to the country business plan and commercial calendar using knowledge of global/national priorities and local competition
• Coordinate national campaigns and products with high commercial potential
• Secure volumes in line with business rules by working with logistics and supply
• Identify and develop new commercial potential through events and campaigns
