Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing a warm and professional welcome to every customer
- Evaluate vehicles with precision, rigor, and transparency
- Negotiate and finalize vehicle purchases using persuasive communication
- Manage administrative files to ensure total compliance and reliability
- Provide exceptional end-to-end customer support and guidance
- Maintain the overall presentation and reputation of the local agency
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and customer contact skills
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to meet challenges
- High level of administrative rigor and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software and digital tools
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
- Ability to work a schedule from Wednesday to Saturday
