Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador by providing a warm and professional welcome to every client
- Evaluate vehicles with precision, rigor, and transparency
- Negotiate and finalize vehicle purchases using persuasive communication
- Manage administrative files to ensure total compliance and reliability
- Provide exceptional end-to-end customer support
- Maintain the overall presentation and reputation of the agency
Requirements
- Natural motivation for taking on new challenges
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease in communicating with diverse clients
- Active listening skills to quickly identify client needs
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Administrative rigor and attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software
- Valid driver's license (Permis B)
