Responsibilities

• Partner with the Customer Success team to monitor health scorecards and identify customer needs
• Act as a product evangelist to solution Zip to meet customer pain points
• Negotiate all facets of renewal contracts and develop win/win negotiation strategies
• Engage the broader Zip team to provide regular and accurate updates on renewal status
• Manage current customers on multi-year contracts to ensure customer value realization
• Help build team culture and bring best practices to the organization

Requirements

• 2+ years of technology SaaS experience
• Experience selling to procurement, finance, or legal departments
• Experience driving customer retention and adoption for enterprise SaaS accounts
• Strong customer management skills including sales and account management
• Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Clari, Zoominfo, LinkedIn SalesNav, and Outreach
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
