About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a territory of enterprise and major customer accounts with a focus on growth and retention
- Lead complex account lifecycles, owning renewals and driving "land-and-expand" strategies
- Act as a consultative thought partner to align AI-driven analytics capabilities with customer business goals
- Leverage generative AI and advanced automation to personalize customer engagement and outreach at scale
- Partner with Solution Consultants, Professional Services, and Product teams to execute coordinated account strategies
- Deliver impactful business reviews and enablement sessions using data-driven insights to demonstrate ROI
Requirements
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding relationships within complex enterprise accounts
- Experience managing and closing large-scale negotiations, specifically regarding renewals and expansions
- Strong AI literacy with the ability to integrate LLMs and AI tools into daily workflows to increase productivity
- Experience leveraging data, automation, or advanced analytics to drive customer retention and growth
- Strong consultative mindset with the ability to map technical solutions to strategic business outcomes
- Advanced technical aptitude regarding analytics platforms, AI-driven solutions, and modern data ecosystems
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, attending the office 3 days per week
