About the role
Responsibilities
- Build growth opportunities using the account planning process and manage the planning lifecycle through regular reviews.
- Leverage external partners to deliver comprehensive solution sales to commercial clients.
- Interface with all levels of customer organizations, focusing on management and executive-level stakeholders.
- Apply consultative-selling techniques to identify opportunities that drive profitable revenue growth.
- Manage quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales quotas and margins.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management by entering and updating all opportunities in the pipeline tool weekly.
- Identify customer requirements and match them with appropriate HP capabilities and supply chain solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- 3-8 years of professional experience in sales or account management.
- Proven industry experience within the technology sector.
- Product specialty knowledge in areas such as computers, printers, servers, or storage.
- Advanced sales negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to manage end-to-end sales processes for large-scale deals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international accounts and collaborating with global business teams.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multiple internal and external partners.
- Expertise in competitive selling and strategic account management.
