Commercial Account Manager Print

Responsibilities

• Build growth opportunities using the account planning process and manage scheduled reviews
• Leverage external partners to deliver complex solution sales
• Interface with all levels of customer organizations, focusing on management-level stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive business plans in conjunction with customers
• Apply consultative-selling techniques to drive profitable revenue growth
• Manage quarterly, half-yearly, and annual quotas and margins
• Maintain pipeline accuracy through weekly updates in CRM tools
• Act as a primary interface for international accounts in collaboration with global business teams

Requirements

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 4-7 years of professional work experience
• Proven experience in customer relationship management and account management
• Experience in product specialties such as computers, printers, servers, or storage is preferred
