Commercial Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key retailer and branded customer relationships, specifically owning the home baking category campaign
• Develop and execute robust customer account plans to identify organic growth opportunities
• Build strategic partnerships by understanding customer category strategies and commercial drivers
• Lead commercial discussions including pricing negotiations and contract renewals
• Manage customer P&L performance and develop cost cards in collaboration with operations
• Ensure yearly revenue of managed accounts increases by a minimum of 10% YOY
• Act as a key commercial contact for inbound enquiries and convert opportunities into contracts

Requirements

• Proven track record in account management within FMCG, co-pack, or food manufacturing
• Experience managing retailer and/or branded customer relationships
• Demonstrable experience in building strategic partnerships and delivering account growth
• Experience negotiating pricing and securing commercial agreements
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and cost structures
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the food industry is desirable
