About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify customer requirements and implement strategic account planning to drive growth opportunities.
- Employ consultative selling techniques to advance complex deals and manage large portfolios.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with high-level clients to align solutions with their business needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, territory plans, and market penetration tactics to increase revenue and market share.
- Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities are accurately tracked and updated.
- Lead contract negotiations and oversee renewals to ensure profitable, long-term client partnerships.
- Analyze KPIs and market trends to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews with key clients to assess long-term goals and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in account management or product specialty (computers, printers, servers, or storage).
- Proven experience in consultative selling and strategic relationship management.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and pipeline management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP) certification.
- Experience in B2B sales and territory management.
