About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer requirements and implement strategic account planning to drive growth opportunities.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques to advance complex deals and manage large portfolios.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with high-level clients to align solutions with their business needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, territory plans, and market penetration tactics to increase revenue and market share.
  • Manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities are accurately tracked and updated.
  • Lead contract negotiations and oversee renewals to ensure profitable, long-term client partnerships.
  • Analyze KPIs and market trends to provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Conduct regular strategic business reviews with key clients to assess long-term goals and gather feedback.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in account management or product specialty (computers, printers, servers, or storage).
  • Proven experience in consultative selling and strategic relationship management.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and pipeline management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP) certification.
  • Experience in B2B sales and territory management.
