About the role

Responsibilities

  • Direct the development of value propositions, integrated solution offerings, and market positioning with partners.
  • Nurture strategic relationships with key business, technology, and channel partners.
  • Lead efforts to onboard new strategic partners and optimize existing partnerships.
  • Develop and oversee strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding business through partner channels.
  • Lead training and sales support, including the development of sales education programs for partner sales forces.
  • Create and execute marketing programs with partners to drive demand and incremental revenue.
  • Manage and optimize partner market development funds (MDF), including tracking utilization and compliance.
  • Direct the development of messaging and content frameworks for partner programs and campaigns.
  • Build productive internal and external working relationships and provide mentoring to team members.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 7-10 years of professional work experience, preferably in marketing, partner management, sales, or channel roles.
  • Proficiency with Agile Methodology.
  • Strong expertise in Channel Management and Go-to-Market Strategy.
  • Hands-on experience using Salesforce.
