About the role
Responsibilities
- Focus on large strategic deals to drive long-term revenue growth and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Guide and mentor a team of account managers on selling techniques and ensure all performance KPIs are met.
- Develop account plans and long-term sales pipelines focusing on portfolio management and organizational offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level clients to understand their unique business needs.
- Lead high-stakes contract negotiations and conduct regular strategic business reviews with key clients.
- Analyze market trends and KPIs to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Execute sales strategies and market penetration plans to expand market share.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of professional work experience.
- Proven experience in account management, tele sales, or a product specialty such as computers, printers, servers, or storage.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP) certification.
