About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with top-tier commercial clients, serving as a trusted advisor to align solutions with their business goals.
- Coordinate and own account plans for strategic commercial accounts, focusing on large deals and portfolio management.
- Identify customer requirements and map them to organizational capabilities and supply chain solutions.
- Build professional relationships with clients up to the executive level.
- Achieve and manage quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly sales quotas.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and territory account plans to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure profitable deals while maintaining positive client relationships.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to implement corrective actions.
- Manage the sales pipeline by entering and updating opportunities in Salesforce.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 4-7 years of work experience in account management, tele sales, or product specialty (computers, printers, servers, storage).
- Alternatively, an advanced degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Technology Sales Professional (CTSP) certification.
