About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for the mid-market segment in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting and self-generation
  • Lead discovery, product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and closing
  • Execute solution-based selling by mapping AI-powered CXA solutions to prospect business goals
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with SDRs, Partner Managers, Solution Engineers, and Marketing teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Proven track record in commercial sales and driving new business opportunities
  • Strong hunter mentality with experience in self-generating opportunities
  • Experience in software or technology sales preferred
  • Experience in AI-focused sales is a plus
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies
  • Ability to travel as needed
