About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for the mid-market segment in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting and self-generation
- Lead discovery, product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and closing
- Execute solution-based selling by mapping AI-powered CXA solutions to prospect business goals
- Maintain high CRM hygiene in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and reporting
- Collaborate with SDRs, Partner Managers, Solution Engineers, and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in German and English
- Proven track record in commercial sales and driving new business opportunities
- Strong hunter mentality with experience in self-generating opportunities
- Experience in software or technology sales preferred
- Experience in AI-focused sales is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies
- Ability to travel as needed
