About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle, including qualifying, discovering, and closing new SMB customers
- Proactively prospect and engage dental practices to drive new client acquisition
- Serve as a founding voice in shaping Dandy’s Spanish sales motion, messaging, and processes
- Consistently track activity, pipeline, and performance within Salesforce
- Partner closely with senior sales leadership to hit revenue targets and refine KPIs
- Become an expert in Dandy’s product and the dental industry value proposition
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of experience owning a full-cycle closing role
- Fluency in Spanish is required
- High proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Demonstrated track record of professional success and disciplined pipeline management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment
- Proficiency in Catalan
- Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguity with limited structure
