Commercial Account Executive Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Account Executives (CAEs) targeting organizations with up to 2,000 employees in the EMEA region.
• Drive revenue growth and achieve team targets through a streamlined and scalable velocity sales motion.
• Coach and empower team members to excel, helping them achieve and exceed their individual targets.
• Partner with internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies and operational excellence.
• Establish and refine best practices for prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closure.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both customers and Sigma’s leadership team.

Requirements

• Experience managing a successful commercial sales team in a B2B SaaS/software company, OR proven results as an individual contributor in a velocity B2B SaaS sales role with a desire to transition into management.
• Strong leadership and hands-on coaching skills.
• Expertise in velocity sales environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience in the Data, BI, or Analytics space.
