About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Commercial Account Executives (CAEs) targeting organizations with up to 2,000 employees in the EMEA region.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve team targets through a streamlined and scalable velocity sales motion.
- Coach and empower team members to excel, helping them achieve and exceed their individual targets.
- Partner with internal teams to align on go-to-market strategies and operational excellence.
- Establish and refine best practices for prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both customers and Sigma’s leadership team.
Requirements
- Experience managing a successful commercial sales team in a B2B SaaS/software company, OR proven results as an individual contributor in a velocity B2B SaaS sales role with a desire to transition into management.
- Strong leadership and hands-on coaching skills.
- Expertise in velocity sales environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the Data, BI, or Analytics space.
