Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle with a strong outbound bias
- Build target lists and run creative outreach campaigns
- Sell into VP Engineering, CTO, and SRE leaders at digital-native companies
- Manage a pipeline with typical deals in the $40k–$50k range
- Work within a pod model alongside a BDR and Solutions Engineer
- Use AI-forward methods to build business cases and research territories
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing deals with $40k–$50k ACV and sub-60-day cycles
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to build own lists
- Ability to hold technical conversations with engineering leadership
- Scrappy, self-starting mindset suitable for a fast-growing startup
- Comfort with cold calling and proactive phone outreach
- Genuine interest in the engineering on-call experience
