About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue from multiple lead sources and develop new clients through direct sales and channel partnerships.
  • Provide accurate forecast updates and maintain continuous pipeline growth and deal advancement.
  • Identify and engage potential clients by presenting tailored, outcome-oriented solutions.
  • Articulate the value proposition of Halcyon’s adaptive security platform to technical and business leaders.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their cybersecurity needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive development plan for your assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a quota-carrying sales representative.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation expertise, specifically regarding procurement and legal agreements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts.
  • Ability to establish and maintain executive-level relationships.
  • High level of self-motivation, initiative, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience selling endpoint cybersecurity solutions.
  • Prior experience working in a startup environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of the endpoint cybersecurity landscape.
