About the role
Responsibilities
- Qualify and close client leads through discovery calls
- Identify and contact dental offices to drive new client acquisition
- Track all sales activity using Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting
- Contribute to the strategic direction of the growing sales team
- Master the Dandy value proposition and become an expert in the dental industry
- Collaborate with senior sales leadership to meet high-level KPIs and revenue targets
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional sales experience
- 1+ years of experience in a full sales cycle closing role
- Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and ramp up quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of professional and academic success
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
- Experience with marketplace business models
- Thriving in "blitz growth" environments
