Commerce Senior Director

Responsibilities

• Lead PMG’s strategic vision for integrated commerce across enterprise clients
• Act as a senior, client-facing commerce partner to diagnose challenges and co-create growth strategies
• Drive omni-channel commerce strategies including listings, promotion, and media approaches
• Champion experimentation and innovation through automation and campaign testing
• Partner with Integrated Communications, Media, Analytics, and Transformation leaders
• Guide the use of data, technology, and platforms like Alli for decision-making
• Play an active role in business development and new business pitches
• Mentor future commerce leaders across operations, media, and strategy teams

Requirements

• Extensive experience in commerce, growth strategy, or performance-led roles
• Proven track record of driving revenue and growth directly with clients
• Deep understanding of commerce mechanics, product discovery, and conversion optimization
• Experience using data, analytics, AI, and technology to drive performance
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for senior leadership and client settings
• Ability to operate through influence and manage ambiguity
