Commerce Retail Media Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end retail media strategy across multiple accounts to drive revenue and ROAS
• Direct execution of high-budget search and display programs across retail platforms
• Coach and guide junior team members on campaign architecture and QA rigor
• Own senior client relationships and deliver insight-driven performance narratives
• Collaborate with platform representatives to test and scale beta opportunities
• Partner with Retail Operations to align media investments with inventory and pricing

Requirements

• Proven experience in multi-channel retail media strategy development and execution
• Hands-on experience with campaign optimization and audience targeting on retail platforms
• Experience with budget planning, forecasting, and allocation
• Proficiency with Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) or similar advanced analytics tools
• History of cross-functional collaboration with analytics, creative, and retail operations teams
• Experience testing and scaling new ad formats and platform innovations
