About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the operational build and delivery of customer experience (CX) toolboxes across global markets
- Define project scopes and create detailed briefs based on strategic direction
- Populate toolboxes with approved strategy, content, guidance, and execution details
- Conduct onboarding sessions with markets and handle queries from eCommerce leads
- Collect and consolidate market feedback to support decision-making
- Audit market executions and review live pages against toolbox guidance to ensure quality
- Support the setup of A/B testing, personalization campaigns, and messaging matrices
- Coordinate with UX, development teams, and agencies to ensure cross-channel alignment
Requirements
- 0-2 years of professional experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables
- Proven stakeholder management capability
- Basic analytical skills for data consolidation and market feedback analysis
- Familiarity with digital CX, eCommerce, or UX principles
- Proactive communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
