Command Center Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and program manage command center operations
• Oversee the entire fleet dispatch and remote assistance process
• Develop and manage incident management and escalation processes
• Create processes, procedures, and tooling to support future operational scale
• Coordinate cross-functionally with operations and other stakeholders to ensure mission success

Requirements

• 5+ years in autonomy operations, logistics, fleet management, or a similar field
• Experience leading real-time operations or control centers
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or transportation
• Experience with dispatch systems or fleet operations platforms
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
• Ability to travel up to 35%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in high-pressure environments
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering teams
