Comfort Advisor

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate HVAC needs and perform assessments
• Present detailed explanations of HVAC products and services to customers
• Prepare accurate and competitive pricing estimates
• Close sales to meet or exceed targets using effective techniques
• Maintain customer communication for follow-up and satisfaction
• Leverage company-provided leads and self-generated prospects
• Participate in ongoing training for product knowledge and sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

• At least 2 years of successful sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and closing skills
• Positive, coachable, and driven attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical
• Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
