About the role
Responsibilities
- Business development: detect opportunities, prospect the market, and acquire new client companies in Barcelona
- Technical-commercial advisory: analyze potential client needs regarding occupational risk prevention and prepare tailored commercial proposals
- Management and loyalty: maintain and grow the regional client portfolio, ensuring quality service and contract renewals
- Internal coordination: work with the technical prevention team to ensure services align with operational capacity and group standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, active prospecting, and commercial objective management
- Ability to work autonomously managing schedules and client visits
- Valid driver's license
- Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas
- Negotiation skills and result orientation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the occupational risk prevention (PRL) sector
