About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the link between product, data, and commercial operations to ensure the platform reflects business needs
- Conduct complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long negotiation periods
- Map process gaps and propose scalable platform solutions
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to prioritize features impacting conversion and retention
- Analyze commercial data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities
- Influence the construction of the commercial playbook, including methodology and qualification criteria
- Serve as a technical reference for the team regarding product, market, and process knowledge
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payment platforms
- Ability to transition between strategic and operational tasks
- Product mindset with the ability to communicate with technical teams
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with CRM and structured commercial processes
- Strong communication and ability to influence without formal authority
- High tolerance for ambiguity
