About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the link between product, data, and commercial operations to ensure the platform reflects business needs
  • Conduct complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long negotiation periods
  • Map process gaps and propose scalable platform solutions
  • Collaborate with product and technology teams to prioritize features impacting conversion and retention
  • Analyze commercial data to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities
  • Influence the construction of the commercial playbook, including methodology and qualification criteria
  • Serve as a technical reference for the team regarding product, market, and process knowledge

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payment platforms
  • Ability to transition between strategic and operational tasks
  • Product mindset with the ability to communicate with technical teams
  • Strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • Experience with CRM and structured commercial processes
  • Strong communication and ability to influence without formal authority
  • High tolerance for ambiguity
