Responsibilities

• Manage hospitality clients in the assigned area
• Prospect and acquire new clients
• Client follow-up and monitoring
• Manage collections and payments
• Resolve any potential incidents or issues

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience managing hospitality clients
• Essential experience in the food sector
• Responsible, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
• Strong passion for customer service
