Colour Matcher

Responsibilities

• Perform precise colour matching and tinting of paints based on customer standards
• Formulate and produce touch-up paints aligned with approved specifications
• Document colour formulations and manage data within the ERP system
• Conduct quality control evaluations on matched samples
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage
• Organize and archive colour matches and relevant laboratory data
• Prepare daily activity reports for supervisory personnel
• Comply with Integrated Management System (IMS) and EHS policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Paint Technology, or a related scientific field
• Or 1-2 years of relevant experience in colour matching or paint formulation
• Strong technical knowledge in paint formulation, tinting, and colour science
• Full visual perception across the colour spectrum
• Experience using spectrophotometers and standard laboratory equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
