Colour Matcher

Responsibilities

• Perform precise colour matching of paints based on customer standards
• Formulate and produce touch-up paints aligned with specifications
• Document colour formulations and manage data within the ERP system
• Conduct quality control evaluations on matched samples
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to safety protocols
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free laboratory environment
• Prepare and circulate daily activity reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, Paint Technology, or a related scientific field
• Or 1-2 years of relevant experience in colour matching or paint formulation
• Strong technical knowledge in paint formulation and colour science
• Full visual perception across the colour spectrum
• Experience using spectrophotometers and standard laboratory equipment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
