Colorist/Merchandiser – Product Development

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end color development and approval processes for fabrics, garments, and trims
• Create and manage color reflectance values and QTX files, distributing them to suppliers and HQ
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate color measurement equipment to ensure accurate data
• Review and approve mini bulks based on visual assessment, color data, and fabric quality
• Coordinate with the Quality team to manage bulk shade standards and renewal timelines
• Manage the development and approval of labels, packaging, and finishing accessories
• Liaise with factories regarding lab dips, fabric quality, and mini bulk processes
• Arrange and track the dispatch of lab dips, mini bulks, and accessories to HQ

Requirements

• Educational background in Textiles
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in color development
• Strong understanding of color science and color performance across fabrics
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple priorities under pressure
