Colorist

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and all services offered on the menu, including shampooing, conditioning, and styling
• Execute all chemical services to high quality standards and guest satisfaction
• Contribute to monthly sales goals, including retail, services, and memberships
• Maintain Hair Color Bar cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards
• Drive revenue through additional services, memberships, and home hair care sales
• Support the training and development of Assistant Colorists

Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon environment
• Effective communication and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience operating point of sale systems
• Fluency in English
