Colorist

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and all menu services including shampooing, conditioning, and styling
• Execute chemical services to high quality standards and guest satisfaction
• Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail, services, and memberships
• Maintain Hair Color Bar cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards
• Drive revenue through additional services and home hair care sales
• Support training and development of Assistant Colorists

Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist in a salon environment
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency operating point of sale systems
• Fluency in English
