About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare color systems, blends, and application prototypes for beverage, confectionery, and dairy applications
  • Execute bench-scale trials and stability evaluations following defined SOPs and protocols
  • Produce high-quality internal and customer-facing samples with speed and accuracy
  • Record experimental data clearly in lab systems and maintain traceability of formulations and raw materials
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment in compliance with GMP and EH&S standards
  • Monitor raw material stock levels and ensure equipment is properly calibrated and functioning

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in a food, beverage, or ingredient laboratory environment
  • Proficiency in basic formulation and laboratory techniques
  • Understanding of measurement tools such as pH and colorimetry
  • Familiarity with GMP and laboratory safety standards
