Color Technician

Responsibilities

• Prepare color systems, blends, and application prototypes for beverage, confectionery, and dairy projects
• Execute bench-scale trials and stability evaluations following defined SOPs
• Produce high-quality internal and customer-facing samples with speed and accuracy
• Record experimental data clearly in lab systems and maintain traceability of formulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment in compliance with GMP and EH&S protocols
• Manage sample inventory, labeling, and equipment calibration

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in a food, beverage, or ingredient laboratory environment
• Proficiency in basic formulation and laboratory techniques
• Understanding of measurement tools such as pH and colorimetry
• Familiarity with GMP and laboratory safety standards

• Previous experience working specifically with color systems or food applications
