Responsibilities

• Support the execution of seasonal color palettes and print direction aligned with brand strategy
• Create digital mood boards, inspiration decks, and trend research presentations
• Design original prints and patterns across all categories for mainline and collaborations
• Develop multiple colorway and scale options to support merchandising needs
• Prepare production-ready artwork files for vendor handoff
• Manage the lab dip and print strike-off process, reviewing submissions for accuracy
• Provide actionable feedback to vendors to ensure color consistency and print quality
• Work closely with Design, Merchandising, and Product Development teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience at a fast-growing DTC apparel or home brand
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print development and color storytelling
• Deep understanding of textile printing techniques and production processes
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Experience leveraging AI-based design platforms for ideation
• Knowledge of repeat layouts, scale development, and color separation
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or related field
