Color Mixer

Responsibilities

• Tint and mix paint products accurately to meet customer specifications
• Prepare customer paint orders quickly and maintain precise work order files
• Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and recommend products
• Process sales transactions accurately following company policies
• Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, setting up displays, and cleaning equipment
• Pull products from the warehouse, load/unload delivery trucks, and assist with deliveries
• Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the US
• Valid unrestricted Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally
• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• One or more years of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service
• Previous experience selling paint or operating tinting and mixing equipment
• Ability to communicate in Spanish
