Color Design Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist Design Managers in seasonal color palette creation and pattern development
• Build physical and digital color and pattern palettes based on seasonal concept boards
• Create Product Playbooks and other visual communication assets
• Fill CAD pages and maintain visual line sheets
• Manage dip and artwork requests including fabrication, dye technique, and print specifications
• Build pitch sheets for artwork and pattern development
• Manage color approvals and maintain dip approval binders and digital tracking
• Collaborate with Raw Materials to assess color and pattern feasibility
• Partner with Design and Merchandising teams to analyze color and pattern performance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in color design, color analysis, textiles, or concept roles
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion or a closely related design field
• Elevated eye for color and pattern with an understanding of brand trends
