Color & Curl Specialist

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Color & Curl/Texture to provide professional advice and product recommendations.
• Drive sales and brand awareness by building lasting relationships with professional beauty salons, barbers, and spas.
• Conduct product education and consulting services both in-store and virtually.
• Maintain high standards for color and curl merchandising, including signage and display techniques.
• Analyze market trends and sales reporting to implement effective sales techniques and product introductions.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Perform standard retail duties, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

Requirements

• One year of retail or sales-focused experience.
• Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred.
• Must pass the Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation to service designated stores and markets.
• Ability to travel to shows or sales meetings at least 3 times per year.
• Strong business acumen and proficiency with POS applications.
• Proficiency with computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
