Color & Curl Concierge

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Color & Curl/Texture to provide professional advice and product recommendations to customers.
• Drive sales and brand awareness by building lasting relationships with professional beauty salons, barbers, spas, and schools.
• Conduct product education both in-store and virtually to increase customer retention and loyalty.
• Maintain high standards for color and curl merchandising, including signage, placement, and display techniques.
• Perform daily sales associate duties, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Monitor emerging industry trends and use market analysis to introduce new products and concepts.

Requirements

• One year of retail or sales-focused experience.
• Ability to pass the Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation to service designated stores and markets.
• Ability to travel to shows or sales meetings a minimum of 3 times per year.
• Proficiency with POS applications, mobile devices, iPads, and social media platforms.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to interpret sales reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist.
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems and visual merchandising.
