Color & Curl Concierge

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Color and Curl/Texture to provide professional advice and product recommendations.
• Drive sales and brand awareness through customer consulting, product education, and relationship building.
• Conduct product education both in-store and virtually for professional beauty salons, barbers, and licensed cosmetologists.
• Maintain high standards for color and curl merchandising, including signage and display techniques.
• Monitor emerging industry trends and market changes to adapt sales techniques and product offerings.
• Manage daily sales associate duties, including POS transactions, cash handling, and store opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate sales progress, customer feedback, and follow-up plans to management and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• One year of retail or sales-focused experience.
• Ability to pass the Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation to service designated stores and markets.
• Ability to travel to shows or sales meetings at least 3 times per year.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret sales reporting.
• Proficiency with POS applications, computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist (US or Canada).
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems and visual merchandising.
