Color & Curl Concierge

Responsibilities

• Provide expert color and curl/texture consulting services to professional beauty salons, barbers, spas, and licensed cosmetologists
• Drive sales and brand awareness by building lasting relationships and increasing customer loyalty
• Conduct product education both in-store and virtually to introduce new products and concepts
• Determine customer needs and offer professional advice and product recommendations
• Maintain high standards for color and curl merchandising, including signage and display techniques
• Communicate sales progress, customer feedback, and follow-up plans to management and cross-functional teams
• Perform standard store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and bank deposits

Requirements

• One year of retail or sales-focused experience
• Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred
• Ability to pass the Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire
• Reliable transportation to service designated stores and markets
• Ability to travel to shows and sales meetings at least three times per year
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret sales reporting
• Proficiency with POS applications, computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
