Color & Curl Concierge

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Color & Curl/Texture to provide professional advice and product recommendations.
• Drive sales and brand awareness through customer consulting, product education, and relationship building.
• Conduct product education both in-store and virtually for professional beauty salons, barbers, and licensed cosmetologists.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, including product placement, signage, and display techniques.
• Monitor emerging industry trends and market changes to adapt sales techniques and maintain competitive knowledge.
• Manage customer concerns effectively and communicate sales progress and feedback to cross-functional teams.
• Perform standard retail duties, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

Requirements

• One year of retail or sales-focused experience.
• Ability to pass the Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation to service designated stores and markets.
• Ability to travel to industry shows and sales meetings at least three times per year.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret sales reporting.
• Proficiency with POS applications, computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist.
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems and visual merchandising.
