Color & Curl Concierge

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Color & Curl/Texture to provide professional advice and product recommendations.
• Drive sales and brand awareness through customer consulting, product education, and relationship building.
• Provide specialized consulting services to professional beauty salons, barbers, spas, and licensed cosmetologists.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, including product placement, signage, and display techniques.
• Conduct market analysis to introduce new products and concepts both in-store and virtually.
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
• Perform standard store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and bank deposits.

Requirements

• One year of retail or sales-focused experience.
• Ability to pass the Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation to service designated stores and markets.
• Ability to travel to industry shows and sales meetings at least three times per year.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret sales reporting.
• Proficiency with POS applications, mobile devices, iPads, and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Licensed cosmetologist highly preferred.
