Color & Curl Concierge

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Color & Curl/Texture to provide professional advice and product recommendations to customers.
• Drive sales and brand awareness by building lasting relationships with professional beauty salons, barbers, and spas.
• Conduct product education and consulting services both in-store and virtually.
• Maintain high standards for color and curl merchandising, including signage and display techniques.
• Monitor emerging industry trends and market changes to adapt sales techniques.
• Manage daily sales associate duties, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Communicate sales progress, customer feedback, and follow-up plans to management and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• One year of retail or sales-focused experience.
• Reliable transportation to service designated stores and markets.
• Ability to travel to industry shows and sales meetings at least three times per year.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret sales reporting.
• Proficiency with POS applications, mobile devices, iPads, and social media platforms.
• Must pass the Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist.
• Working knowledge of retail inventory control systems and visual merchandising.
