Color & Curl Concierge

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in Color & Curl/Texture to provide professional advice and product recommendations to customers.
• Drive sales and brand awareness through relationship building and market analysis.
• Conduct product education and consulting services for professional beauty salons, barbers, spas, and licensed cosmetologists both in-store and virtually.
• Maintain high standards for color and curl merchandising, including signage and display techniques.
• Manage customer concerns effectively and communicate sales progress and follow-up plans to leadership.
• Perform standard retail duties, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.

Requirements

• One year of retail or sales-focused experience.
• Ability to pass a Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation to service the designated store and market.
• Ability to travel to shows and sales meetings at least three times per year.
• Proficiency with POS applications, computers, mobile devices, and social media platforms.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist.
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems and visual merchandising.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret sales reporting.
