About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality control of replay systems for contracted sports including soccer, volleyball, basketball, baseball, and softball
  • Conduct pre-match system checks to ensure smooth operation prior to game starts
  • Collaborate with system operators, officials, production staff, and broadcasters
  • Monitor and maintain technology during live games to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintain hardware and equipment throughout the season
  • Assist with on-site installation and testing of new products and services
  • Coordinate broadcast camera plans to ensure all available angles are ingested
  • Follow post-game checklists to secure equipment for future events

Requirements

  • Strong technical foundation with a proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work independently in high-pressure, live broadcast environments
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot hardware issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in broadcast or engineering fields
  • Solid understanding of signal flow
