College Marketing Representative

Responsibilities

• Cultivate authentic relationships with campus and local influencers, including college radio, student organizations, and community media
• Maintain a local social media presence to promote assigned artists using a mix of provided digital assets and original content
• Implement in-person marketing initiatives at record stores, lifestyle shops, and on campus
• Research online forums, networks, and local events to identify the best opportunities for the 18-24 demographic
• Attend artist shows to distribute promotional tools and gather fan feedback
• Submit detailed reports on marketing successes and campaign initiatives

Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate student at a 4-year university in Houston
• Minimum of 2 years remaining until graduation
• Availability to work 20 hours per week
• Strong social media content creation skills (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube)
• Reliable local transportation and residency within 30 minutes of Houston
• Passion for music and a deep interest in the music business and marketing
