About the Company

Turning Point USA is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization dedicated to educating students about the importance of fiscal responsibility, free markets, and limited government. With a presence on over 5,000 campuses in all fifty states, Turning Point USA is one of the largest youth organizations in the country.

Responsibilities

• Execute and advance grassroots issue advocacy field operations
• Recruit, organize, and mobilize student activists within an assigned territory
• Launch and maintain student chapters on college campuses
• Organize daily campus activism initiatives and training for student leaders
• Collect and maintain accurate recruitment data
• Conduct outreach to prospective members and support voter registration efforts
• Represent TPUSA at campus events, conferences, and community engagements
• Promote the mission via social media platforms

Requirements

• Passion for conservative ideals and principles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with social media platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook)
• Knowledge of Google Apps, Airtable, and HubSpot
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 40-50%
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without constant supervision
• Physical ability to sit/stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience in conservative youth organizations
• Experience starting campus organizations
• Proven skills facilitating civic engagement and grassroots activism
• Background in sales, teaching, or campaign work
