About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage ServiceNow help desk tickets and emails
- Provide help desk and desktop support for hardware, software, and peripherals
- Set up and support audio/visual equipment, computers, and laptops
- Assist with IMACs across DYCD office locations
- Support remote desktop and laptop issues for hybrid work-from-home staff
Requirements
- Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school
- IT, computer science, MIS, or related coursework for higher assignment levels
- Ability to continue as a student during employment
- Familiarity with help desk and desktop support tasks
- Ability to work part-time while classes are in session
