About the role

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage ServiceNow help desk tickets and emails
  • Provide help desk and desktop support for hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Set up and support audio/visual equipment, computers, and laptops
  • Assist with IMACs across DYCD office locations
  • Support remote desktop and laptop issues for hybrid work-from-home staff

Requirements

  • Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school
  • IT, computer science, MIS, or related coursework for higher assignment levels
  • Ability to continue as a student during employment
  • Familiarity with help desk and desktop support tasks
  • Ability to work part-time while classes are in session
