About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage B2B debt collection cases and assigned mandates through defined processes
- Negotiate with debtors and customers, including payment arrangements and solutions
- Coordinate communication between debtors, external partners, customers, and the legal team
- Document case progress and communicate risks clearly
- Support legal proceedings in collaboration with internal and external counsel
Requirements
- Training as a legal assistant or experience in a legal/regulatory environment
- Experience in B2B collections, receivables management, or claims handling
- Very good German skills (C1/C2)
- Good written English skills (B2)
